2012 SEASON SIGN-UPS

Please note: Online registration is mandatory. Please click the blue "Register Online" button to complete your child's registration.
STEP 1: Complete Online Registration
- Returning players: the system will search for the player based on first name, last name and phone number. If you have multiple phone numbers, please verify that you are using the correct number. You can change the phone number once the system has found your child in the system.
- New players: please click on the Online Registration button to go to the registration page, then click "Create Account" to set up a new account. The system will walk you through the steps to do this.
- Upon completion of online registration you will receive an email receipt. Make sure you read through the receipt carefully then print out all forms required.
- If you have any issues with registration please contact Adria Shaw at 619-261-4129.
STEP 2: Bring Paperwork to Sign-ups
Required at registration for ALL PLAYERS:
- Completed, printed forms from your online pre-registration†
- Copy of Birth certificate
- 2” x 3” color photo
- Child must be present to register
- 2012 physical (Physicals will be offered at sign-ups for a fee)
- Copy of health insurance card
CASH, DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, PERSONAL CHECKS (or bring online pre-paid credit card receipt)
New Bantam Division!
Online registration for our newest division, Bantum, is currently pending. If you are interested in signing your child up for this division, please email Adria Shaw and include your child's name, date of birth and weight. Adria will contact you with additional information regarding the Bantum division. Signups will be opened for this division contingent upon enough participants to form a team.
Attention 2012 Volunteers

To apply for an assistant coach, business manager, team mom or any other volunteer position, please download the form, complete it, and turn it into your team's head coach once the head coach roster has been announced.
