First Day of Practice

See you all at the field behind Dingman Elementary on Scipps Poway Parkway.

For the first few days of conditioning:

Cheerleaders please wear shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. Be sure hair is pulled back.

Football players please wear old SRPW spirit wear or shorts, t-shirt, and cleats.

Be sure to keep hydrating and bring plenty of WATER through practices.
